Koko combines the guidance of personal trainers and the most advanced technology in the industry to bring you the results you desire. Whether you want to burn fat, build muscle, protect your current body composition, or restore a previous state of health, Koko is ready to get you there with a customized workout plan.
There are 5 main pillars to our Program:
- Strength Training. Our patent technology, the Smartrainer, will lead you through 30 minute long circuit workouts and designates which exercises will be performed, how many repetitions, and how much weight.
- Cardio. Koko Cardio guides members through 15-18 minute long cardio programs, designed for efficiency and optimal calorie burn.
- Functional Training. Being strong isn’t enough, we want your body to be fully functional and ready to enjoy all that San Diego has to offer. With this in mind we created the X Room, a time-based workout where you and a certified Master FitCoach can work 1:1 to gain lean muscle and burn stubborn fat.
- Nutrition. You can’t outrun your fork. Our nutrition program is designed to compliment your training program in the Club and fit your daily caloric expenditure. We also have partnered with dotFIT to bring you the best quality vitamins and dietary supplements on the market.
- Accountability. Making a lifestyle change is hard, we know that! We are here to keep you motivated and ready to come into the Club again and again.
