Koko’s Smartrainers guide you through circuit workout training. One machine can do over 100 exercises and train all your major muscle groups. After an initial strength test the Smartrainer can make recommendations on what exercises to do, how much weight to lift, how many repetitions to complete, and the correct pace to complete the exercise at.
Koko Cardio guides you through High-Intensity Interval Training. Screens on our treadmills and ellipticals coach you on how to adjust speed, incline, and resistance during 15-18 minute long tracks.
Koko doesn’t just make you strong, it makes you functional. Being able to squat 100 pounds does you no good if you can’t get up off the couch with ease. The X Room focuses on bodyweight exercises, cable free motion machines, and battle ropes to get you optimal calorie burn while your body is moving.
