"I have been a member of Koko Fit Club for a few months and am really glad that I decided to take them up on their 2 week trial offer. If I hadn’t done that, I wouldn’t have known how much I could benefit from their system. I really like going to Koko Fit Club because of the way the program is structured and because of the tremendous support that the trainers provide. As important to me is the ability to complete the SmartTrainer (weight training) session and cardio (treadmill or elliptical) session in under an hour. The cardio sessions are interesting and challenging since they are are based on interval training, not just walking/jogging, and follow hikes from many places in the world. I much prefer the SmartTrainer approach to weight training to that found in other gyms. All of exercises are done on one multi-faceted piece of equipment. The video guide and pacing tool helps me through the series of exercises. My progress is tracked using a USB so I can see my progress from one session to the next. I’ve completed two strength tests thus far and am really happy with my progress. I’d encourage everyone looking for a better way to support their physical fitness to schedule a session at Koko Fit Club. "

"Koko’s is a great small gym! I love the smart trainers, I don’t have to plan ahead what kind of workout I’m going to do, or think after a busy day. I just come in and do what my program says. I don’t have to wait for a machine, once you start, you are on one machine the whole session. Large variety of exercises you do on them, always changing. It’s like Cheers, the monthly challenges and competitions are very motivating. Clean, friendly, welcoming environment! "

Refreshing water fountain and environment. Warning: many temptations close by … IHOP, Barrel Room, Urge, Round Table, Pegasus Cafe! Just stop by afterwards and do a little cardio to work some of it off! "
"I LOVE Koko!! After a trial one week membership, I finally made a decision to get serious about my health again and became a member. I have always been intimidated by the large gyms, because I got lost in the “what to do and when” world there. Koko is different and so easy! I go in, plug in to do my cardio and have a digital personal trainer guiding me the entire cardio workout (which makes the time go by so fast), and then to my personal strength training session with digital trainer guiding me…all in 45 minutes. There are also certified trainers on hand to answer questions or give advice. I just completed their 21-day fat booster program, and my results are nothing short of amazing!! I feel better than I have in years!! "
"I love Koko fit club. The quick 45 minute workout fits into my schedule. They have Smart trainers for strength training. It walks you through a personal weigh lifting session each time so you don’t have to plan out your strength training and it helps make sure you go through the movement correctly.
